Rocky Mountain Masters Year End Awards

Members must hold a FULL Rocky Mountain Masters Membership to be eligible for year end awards.

Age class individual event medals are presented at the last race for each discipline each season.

All other awards are presented at the annual awards party. The 2017 Fall Awards Party will be held:

Age Class

Individual Event

Awarded to the fastest man and woman in each class for each discipline (SL, GS, SG, DH) based on cumulative world cup points earned within class at each race. One result from each discipline will be dropped.

Overall Class

Awarded to the top 3 men and women in each class based on cumulative world cup points for all 4 disciplines combined earned within class during the season.

Rocky Cup Team

Awarded to the top man and woman in each class based on cumulative world cup points in all 4 disciplines. There must be 2 finishes in each discipline to qualify.

 

Overall/Sportage

Elite Cup

Awarded to the fastest man and woman who earns the most elite points based on overal finish in the top 15.

Pesman Pot

Awarded to the fastest man and woman who earns the most cumulative world cup points excluding those that qualified for elite points in that particular race.

Dercum Cup

Awarded to the fastest man and woman who earns the most cumulative world cup points based on sportage (age handicap adjusted) times.

Waibel Cup

Awarded to the member that went through th start gate the most times during the season. If there is a tie, the winner is drawn from a hat.

Presented to one man and one woman.

Most Improved

Presented to one man and one woman.

Dines Plate

Presented to one man and one woman who best embody the spirit of Masters ski racing. 


Team Award

 

Schaller Cup

Presented to the team with the highest combined total of Age Class and Elite Team Points.
