Your sponsorship helps cover race expenses like hill space and race operations and allows us to host social events with food and beverages in a welcoming space for racers. Sponsorship options for the 2025/26 Season:

GOLD Level - $600

Prominent logo/name placement on race-day materials, announcements.
Social media spotlight post before and after the race.
Opportunity to provide branded swag or prizes.
Recognition in email recap of the race.
Sponsor name announced during race day.
Name listed on website + social media “thank you.”
Recognition in end-of-season celebration.
Complimentary access to post-race party (if held) for up to four guests.

SILVER Level - $300

Logo/name on race-day materials, Fact Sheet.
Social media mention in race preview and recap.
Verbal recognition during race-day announcements.
Name listed on website + social media “thank you.”
Complimentary access to post-race party (if held) for two guests.

BRONZE Level - $100

Name recognition on race-day materials (list of bronze supporters).
Mention in race-day announcements as “Community Supporters.”
Option to sponsor in honor of an athlete, friend, or family member.
Name listed on race-day recognition board and in season recap.
Option for anonymous giving if preferred.

For just $45 you can cover the entry fee for a first-time RMM racer to help us continue our tradition of creating a welcoming positive experience for our new members.

Additionally, race and sponsorship fees rarely cover the costs of hosting our events.
